Quality that is documented.
Certified management systems, ESD-compliant workstations and traceable manufacturing processes form the foundation of our cooperation.
Our quality foundations
DIN EN ISO 9001:2015
Certified quality management system since 2019. Regular internal and external audits secure process quality.

Certified environmental management system. We document environmental metrics and continuously work on resource-efficient processes.
View detailsESD-compliant manufacturing
All relevant workstations for electronic assemblies are ESD-compliant — from floor and tools to protective equipment.
Defined inspections
Intermediate and final inspections, functional and continuity tests as well as pull-off tests are standard.
Technical documentation
We create and maintain customer-specific drawings, work instructions and test protocols.
Traceable processes
From goods receipt to shipping we document manufacturing steps, inspection results and batches.
Traceability in detailFrom labelling to test protocol archiving
Every batch can be fully traced — materials, manufacturing steps and inspection results stay uniquely linked and audit-proof archived.
- 01
Unique labelling
Batch, order and optionally serial numbers — as plain text, DataMatrix or QR code, applied durably per customer spec.
- 02
Record materials
Goods receipt with delivery note, manufacturer certificate and batch number is digitally linked to the production batch.
- 03
Document manufacturing
Machine, tool, operator and process parameters (e.g. crimp force monitoring) flow into the manufacturing record.
- 04
Log inspection results
Intermediate and final inspections, pull-off, continuity and high-voltage tests are logged with measurement values.
- 05
Issue certificates
On request with works certificate 2.1/2.2, FAI report or digital test protocol, referenced at shipping.
- 06
Audit-proof archiving
Manufacturing and inspection records are archived for at least 10 years and can be reproducibly retrieved.
