Collaboration & process
What does a project at tech-mo look like?
Enquiry → technical alignment → quote → prototype/first article → series production → inspection & documentation → warehousing and shipping. You have a fixed contact throughout.
What do you need for a quote?
A drawing or sketch, bill of materials (BOM) and target quantity are enough for an initial estimate. We define testing and documentation requirements together.
How fast do I get a quote?
Usually within 2–5 business days, depending on complexity and material availability.
Quantities & capacity
What is your minimum quantity?
We produce from single pieces and prototypes up to medium-sized series. Prototypes and small runs are explicitly welcome.
Do you support framework contracts and call-offs?
Yes. We work with framework agreements, safety stock and scheduled call-offs — including warehousing of finished assemblies at our site.
Quality, testing & documentation
Which certifications do you hold?
DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 (quality management) and DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management). Processes are documented and audited regularly.
How is traceability ensured?
Batch and order documentation, material certificates and test protocols are standard. On request we extend documentation to customer-specific requirements.
What testing do you perform?
Visual and dimensional inspection, electrical tests (continuity, insulation, high-voltage as specified), functional end-of-line tests on modules and devices.

Aerospace, medical technology, mechanical engineering, e-mobility, maritime and other sectors where documented quality matters.
Do you produce under ESD conditions?
Yes. Our production areas have ESD flooring; workstations and test equipment meet ESD requirements.

Do you offer on-site meetings?
Yes, any time by appointment. We're happy to show you our production, ESD workstations and test equipment in Wentorf near Hamburg — also for initial audits or project reviews.
How is the site connected?
Directly on the A24 between Hamburg and Berlin, about 20 minutes from Hamburg city centre. Parking on-site, Hamburg Airport in around 30 minutes.
Pricing & contracts
How do you calculate your prices?
Transparent by material, production time, testing effort and required documentation. For recurring orders and framework contracts we can pass on scale effects.
Are NDAs possible?
Of course. Before you share sensitive documents, we sign your NDA or provide our own.
How do you handle revisions and complaints?
Revisions are documented with versioning. Complaints are handled with an 8D report on request, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Environment & sustainability
Which sustainability standards do you follow?
DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management), regularly reviewed processes, separation and recycling of packaging and production waste, and reduction of offcuts.
Do you use RoHS/REACH-compliant materials?
Yes. On request we produce fully in line with RoHS and REACH requirements and evidence this with supplier declarations and material certificates.
